UDS Service Dog Zap Remembered, Honored, Celebrated...

For most of the seven years Karen Wolff has worked at United Disabilities Services, Zap, the golden retriever, was there to say hello.

"When I came in the front door, he always greeted me," said Wolff, a consumer quality assurance specialist.

As the face of UDS' Service Dogs program, Zap touched the lives of countless people. So when he passed away Nov. 12 after 11 1/2 years of spreading good will and affection, it was a deep loss to many outside as well as inside the office.
